co-operatives societies.

The fresh pineapple fruit is carefully cleaned, pealed, sliced and dried in locally made solar dryers. The solar drying mechanism is environmentally friendly and its
construction creates employment in rural areas.

Dried pineapple is ready to eat, it can be eaten after soaking it in clean water for 30 minutes or can be served with alcohol, snacks or whipped cream.It can gives a good flavor in ice creams and yoghurt
